• Nicki Minaj in Oscar de la Renta- This dress is from the Spring 2012 line and the best she's EVER looked!
• Emma Watson in Jason Wu- Little Hermione Granger is growing up!
• Tracee Ellis Ross in Jordans toting a Birkin-one word-swag!
• Jennifer Lopez in Zuhair Murad Couture- Jenny from the block (or a Hollywood studio created to look like her block for purposes of a commercial) shows up to shut it down!
• Lady Gaga in Chanel- have to appreciate her commitment to fashion.
• Blakey Lively in Marches- torn if this dress is a beautiful creation or a costume for an ice capades show at Dorton Arena.
• Nicole Richie in Halston- she's mastered bohemian chic.
• Rihanna in a non approved Peta outfit. She looks exactly how I dress every Thanksgiving for dinner (at least in my mind).
• Beyonce in Roberto Cavalli. You know I LOVE mama B! I think her style has improved with every inch of that expanding baby bump!

Missoni for Target Madness

I had second thoughts about attempting to go to Target for the Missoni collection debut. But I said, what the hell! I survived Black Friday at Walmart back in 2005, so I feel pretty confident shopping among crazy people. My plan was simple- arrive around 3pm and stalk the sales associates for items. It worked!

I also found the black & white laptop cover. I felt really bad for this women who said her daughter really, really wanted one. So I asked myself, what would the Fashion Fairy do???? The answer-wheel that cart to checkout and sell it on eBay. I gave it to the woman.

Fresh Paint Job: Essie Very Structured

Essie Brand New Bag colors from the left: Very Structured, Glamour Purse, and Case Study; Not pictured: Carry On (a mulberry merlot), Power Clutch (a dark green) and Lady Like (a demure pink)

Yesterday was the first day of fall, so I got inspired to shop for some fall nail polish. I decided on Essie of course. They have a new collection called Brand New Bag that I LOVE!  I picked up 3 of the 6 colors from the collection and decided to try Very Structured first.

Very Structured is a dark reddish brown color. Essie refers to this color as "burnt sienna". It has an orange undertone which pairs well with my skin tone. I definitely see myself rocking this color a lot this fall. It's a great replacement for red when you don't want to go that bright in color.

Missoni for Target Lookbook

The Missoni for Target Lookbook hit the internet yesterday, and I must say, I like what I see! I've narrowed my list down to the suitcase, laptop cover, plates, throw blanket, and toiletry case. I need to see the clothes in person before getting to excited about them. Mark your calenders, the line launches on Sept 13 online and in Target stores!!!

Look for Less: Diane von Furstenberg 'Opal' Wedges

I saw these Diane von Furstenburg 'Opal' wedges at Scoop in Miami and fell in love with them. I shopped around but nothing compared to the heel height, color, and style. I had a gift certificate, so I pulled the trigger. Couple days later I came across Gianni Bini 'Adrianna' sandals at Dillard's for $98. Kinda wanted to scream!

Kardashian Kolors: Nicole by OPI Nail Polish Collection

The Kardashians are taking over the world one day at a time. With Kris as their Momager, I wouldn't be shocked if they have a line of John Deer tractors next. They are green$$$! Their latest project is a line of nail polishes for Nicole by OPI. The colors are inspired by all 6 of the Kardashian women, Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kris, Kylie and Kendall Jenner. The line hits stores around the holiday and will retail for $7.99

Who Wore it Best? Serena Williams vs. Khloe Kardashian in Alexander McQueen

Uh oh...Both Serena Williams and Khloe Kardashian stepped out last night in the same jacquard butterfly cap-sleeve dress by Alexander McQueen. Khloe rocked Louboutins and a Giuseppe Zanotti clutch to the launch party for HPNOTIQ Harmonie liqueur. Serena paired her dress with nude pumps and a silver clutch as she hosted the Hennessy “Vault of Secrets” ESPY Awards pre-party.
